Michael D. Peterson

Professional Experience Michael D. Peterson is an associate attorney in our firms Complex Litigation and General Liability Defense Departments. He has concentrated his practice on civil litigation from the very beginning of his legal career. Mr. Peterson has over a decade of experience dealing with litigated claims, including those related to personal injury, employment, general negligence, fraud, consumer protection, contractual issues and insurance related disputes. He is admitted to practice law in all State and Federal courts in California. In addition to his work as an attorney, Mr. Peterson has also worked as a mediator for the Ventura County Superior Court, which provided him with invaluable exposure to both sides of many legal disputes as a third party neutral. This experience gives him a unique perspective as to the formation and execution of competing litigation strategies. He uses this experience every day for the benefit of his clients. Mr. Peterson grew up and still lives in Ventura, California. He is married and raising his two youngest children.
