Ryan Douglas

Ryan Douglas primarily concentrates on matters related to land use litigation, environmental work, and permitting. He possesses significant expertise in practicing within the Massachusetts Land Court, having clerked for both Hon. Howard P. Speicher and the Hon. Kevin T. Smith. Prior to joining Rubin and Rudman, Ryan served as a litigator at a commercial real estate firm in Boston. Ryan graduated from Northeastern University School of Law in 2020 during which he was a member of Northeastern Law Schools National Environmental Moot Court team and served on the board of Northeasterns Real Estate Law Society. Ryan is an active member of NAIOP and the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association (REBA), and currently sits as the chair of REBAs New Lawyer Section. He frequently lectures at local law schools regarding land use in Massachusetts.
