Michael Fischetti

Michael Fischetti began honing his litigation skills while in law school after being hand selected to be a member of the trial team through the Association of Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA). He also served on the Executive Board of that same organization after being chosen for the trial team. After getting a small taste of what it was like to be involved in the litigation aspect of the law, Mr. Fischetti served as a Judicial Clerk within the 17th Judicial Circuit and as a third-year student was allowed to participate in the Certified Legal Intern program with the Florida Bar and Broward County Public Defenders Office. PERSONAL INJURY EXPERIENCE Michael Fischetti accelerated his litigation experience as a CLE by litigating and trying criminal cases as a Third Year Law student. Upon passing the Florida Bar, he accepted the position with the Broward Public Defenders Office, gaining valuable litigation experience by being the lead counsel in over 30 trials at the county and circuit court level. He soon brought his litigation experience to the civil litigation side of the law doing Plaintiffs work in the field of Personal Injury and Personal Injury Protection (PIP), eventually becoming a partner with his firm. After a successful period as a Partner with his firm Mr. Fischetti sought to continue his legal career by founding The Fischetti Law Group where we offer an unparalleled level of dedication, determination, and communication to all our clients.
