Anthony C. Satariano

Anthony is a Miami Valley native, born and raised in Greene County. After years of working at his familys local small business, Anthony enrolled at Ohio University, majoring in Marketing and Business Pre-Law. At Ohio University, Anthony was highly involved. He served as President of Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity, Coordinator of the Centralized Student Employment Department, and was a member of the nationally recognized Schey Sales Centre. Upon graduating from Ohio University with a double major, Anthony enrolled at the University of Dayton School of Law after receiving a Presidential Scholarship. Anthony was an extremely high achieving law student, receiving six separate CALI awards given to the student with the highest overall grade in a subject. Anthony was also highly involved and served as the Chief Justice on the honor council, the Editor-in-Chief of the Law review, a teaching assistant, a Deans Fellow, and a member of the moot court team. Anthony graduated from law school Magna Cum Laude and ranked in the top 5 of his class. Before joining Ferguson Legal Group, LTD, Anthony worked for a high-profile local law firm where he helped handle highly complex, nationwide product litigation cases. Anthony also served as a Judicial Extern under Judge Thomas Rose of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Under Judge Rose, Anthony worked on various federal matters and assisted with both research and opinion drafting. At Ferguson Legal Group, LTD, Anthonys practice focuses primarily on Family Law and Criminal Defense. In Family Law matters, Anthony is not afraid to be aggressive, but he always keeps his clients goals in mind when approaching each case. In Criminal Defense cases, Anthony thoroughly enjoys fighting hard for his clients and finding creative solutions to their problems. He understands that no matter what the area of law is, working hard and focusing on the clients needs are the keys to success. Anthony is a member of many different professional organizations. He is a member of the Greene County, Dayton, Ohio, Florida, Federal and American Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Sons of Italy and the Greene County Fish and Game Association. Anthony is a past President of the Networking Pros Chapter of Business Networking International and has filled numerous roles in the local bar such as Grievance Committee Member and Bar Association Treasurer. Additionally, Anthony serves as the town solicitor for a local village, as counsel for the board of directors of a local nonprofit and he works with the University of Daytons bar passage program. Anthony, his wife and their two beautiful children enjoy getting out and exploring the beautiful scenery the Miami Valley offers, including Glen Helen Nature Preserve and Cox Arboretum.
