Ryan graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in 2005 and earned his Juris Doctor, with Distinction, from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2008. Before joining The Bethany Law Center, Ryan served in a variety of government and non-profit positions including stints as an adjunct professor at two Oklahoma universities. Ryan is a political junkie! He and his partner, also Ryan, attend All Souls Episcopal Church and live in Oklahoma City.
