Overview Overview Allen Amin is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firms Century City office. Areas of Practice Allen practices corporate law, with an emphasis on representing fast growing emerging companies and investors in business formation and structuring, corporate governance, venture capital financings, and merger and acquisition transactions. Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin in 2025, Allen was an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he counseled private and public companies in all stages of their growth.
