Noe-Marie F. Claraty, Esq. Noe-Marie Claraty is an Associate Attorney with the Pastor Law Group, PC. She handles Trust and Estate Litigation, Conservatorships, and Estate Planning. Noe-Marie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies at the University of California, Berkeley. During college she volunteered in the San Quentin State Prison system where she acted as a mentor at the Prison University Project Program and San Quentin Radio. After graduating from Berkeley Noe-Marie worked in radio at Cumulus Media, Inc. She held various roles including on-air work, news writing, and as a producer of talk radio for stations such as KGO Radio, KSFO, 107.7 The Bone, and KFOG. After leaving Cumulus Media, Inc. Noe-Marie earned her Juris Doctor from University of California, Hastings College of Law (now known as University of California, San Francisco College of the Law).
