George Cook

George is a shareholder of Blakinger Thomas and Chair of the Agricultural group. Georges primary practice areas are real estate and agricultural law. He also is a member of the firms Estates and Trusts practice group. He has expertise in real estate transactions and financing, real estate settlement services, agricultural preservation, advising farmers and other landowners, Agricultural Security Areas, Clean and Green, 1031 exchanges, estates and similar matters. He helps administer the law firms title insurance agency relationship with several insurance companies, attempting to creatively produce solutions for real estate title matters. George enjoys that his practice has taken him to farmhouses, municipal buildings and courthouses around the Commonwealth.
