Timothy S. Martin

OVERVIEWTim Martin counsels clients in all phases of litigation and risk management. He believes that a successful litigation strategy begins with understanding his clients business and the motivation behind the opposing parties arguments. Tim also understands that it is crucial to his clients to evaluate a case early on in the litigation process to maximize their goals in the most efficient manner possible. Tims practice is focused on complex civil litigation in the areas of construction, insurance coverage, toxic tort, products liability and warranty litigation, as well as representation of members of the automobile and racing industries. He has counseled a number of large companies in contract negotiations and disputes, employment matters, and asset recovery. In addition to his trial experience, Tim regularly represents clients in alternative dispute resolution proceedings, including arbitration and mediation.
