Laura J. Simon

In 1998, Ms. Simon returned to the law firm, now named Dalton & Associates, P. A. She has worked at the firm ever since, specializing in personal injury litigation. Her experience also includes products liability cases, civil rights litigation, and commercial litigation. She is admitted to practice law in the States of Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the District of Delaware. She is a member of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice.
