Katherine J. Sullivan

Kate Sullivan has extensive experience representing corporations, individuals and insurers in a wide range of complex litigation matters, including those arising out of commercial and corporate disputes, products liability, medical negligence and general liability claims. In addition to her trial work, Kate has served as national coordinating counsel for multiple corporations, advising her clients to obtain consistent national litigation strategies and minimize risk.Kate obtained her law degree from Temple University, Beasley School of Law, in 2007 where she earned distinction for her performance in trial advocacy. She obtained her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Villanova University in 2002. Kate is licensed to practice law in Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
