David Garcia

David F. Garcia is a Partner at Your Insurance Attorney. Mr. Garcia joined the firm in 2007 and works in the civil litigation department focusing on first-party insurance litigation representing policyholders against their insurance companies. David has also overseen the law firms condominium collection department which represents various well established condominium associations in collection matters against members of the association. Prior to joining the firm, David worked as a Certified Residential Appraiser. The experience he gained from five years in the real estate appraising industry gives David insight into many real estate matters ranging from property damage to home financing and foreclosures. David received a B. S. in Biology from the University of Miami and he acquired his J. D. from St. Thomas University.
