Danielle Wall

Danielle earned her bachelors degree in Sociology and Political Science from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, New York. Through college and on breaks during law school, Danielle worked at a civil litigation firm in Buffalo, New York, where she first worked on civil cases. Danielle attended Barry University at Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor. During law school, Danielle was a Certified Legal Intern at the 18th Circuit State Attorneys Office and an Intern at a local civil law firm that specialized in personal injury claims. After passing the bar exam in 2014, Danielle became an Assistant State Attorney for the Ninth Circuit out of Orange County where she handled hundreds of counties and circuit criminal matters, representing the State of Florida. In 2017, Danielle opened her own law firm, focusing on criminal defense, particularly Driving Under the Influence matters, as well as general misdemeanor, felony, and criminal trafficking matters. In 2019, Danielle joined Katz & Phillips, P. A. where she continued to focus on criminal defense and firearm law. In 2020, Danielle left the criminal world to rejoin civil work, starting at Cole, Scott, and Kissane, P. A. where she focused on Insurance Defense on First Party Property claims. In 2021, Danielle joined Killgore Pearlman as an Associate where she focuses her practice in insurance defense litigation and automotive buy/sells. In 2024, Danielle was made a Partner at Killgore Pearlman.
