Rebecca McLaughlin Haines

Rebecca McLaughlin Haines joined Head Murphy Law in May 2023. Rebecca graduated from Kalamazoo College with a major in Business and Spanish. During her junior year, she spent a semester at the University of Extremedura in Cáceres, Spain. As a law student at Wayne State University, Rebecca was a Senior Articles Editor for the Wayne Law Review. She was also a student attorney and board member for the Free Legal Aid Clinic, which provided assistance to low-income residents of Wayne County in the areas of family law and elder law. Prior to joining Head Murphy Law, Rebecca was a partner at a litigation defense firm where she handled a variety of negligence suits, including claims involving heavy discovery and extensive motion practice. She was selected as a Rising Star by Michigan Super Lawyers in 2022 and 2023.
