Nicole L. James

About Attorney Nicole James is the founding partner of the Law Offices of Nicole L. James, PLLC. Her law firm handles a wide variety of cases including criminal defense in both State and Federal Court, family law (divorce and child custody), probate and civil litigation. Nicole James is an attorney who has the skill and ability to negotiation settlements; however, sometimes a settlement is not possible and she will vigorously defend you at trial. As a former Assistant Prosecutor with the Wayne County Prosecutors Office, Nicole gained extensive trial experience. She knows and understands how prosecutors think and their trial strategies. Nicole is a graduate of Michigan State University and Thomas M. Cooley Law School. As an attorney she has always been dedicated to giving back to her community and by making sure that people are fairly and equally represented. Nicole has handled cases as serious as murder and as simple as traffic tickets. She also handles divorce cases, child custody, child support, and probate cases.
