Todd A. Holleman

Todd Holleman is a member of Miller Johnsons Litigation Section. His practice is focused on Commercial and Appellate matters in state and federal courts. Todd has the ability to isolate issues that get the courts attention and make concise and persuasive arguments that a court finds convincing and he obtains results efficiently. Litigation Todd has specific expertise in defending large publicly held corporations and their officers and directors against class action and individual claims by shareholders in connection with mergers or acquisitions or the purchase or sale of securities as well as prosecuting and defending against claims for minority shareholder oppression arising from smaller closely held companies. In addition, Todd has extensive experience representing domestic and foreign companies and individuals in commercial disputes. He has pursued and defended against claims related to complex business contracts covering a wide variety of subject matter, including automotive supply agreements governed by the Uniform Commercial Code, and he regularly defends against and pursues claims for the payment of sales commissions. Community Activity Todd served on the Novi Christian Academy/Franklin Road Christian School school board from 2009 through 2023. Education Todd graduated with his Juris Doctor, Summa Cum Laude, from Wayne State University Law School. While in law school he served as Assistant Editor of the Wayne Law Review 1998 through 1999. Todd received his B. B. A., magna cum laude, from Grand Valley State University. Todd is admitted to practice in Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
