Evan has focused his practice on document revisions and restatements, establishment of condominiums, collection matters, restriction enforcement, contract drafting and review, and FHA and VA certifications. Whether its working with clients or negotiating amicable resolutions, Evan works to make sure everyone feels that they have been heard. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs and playing in recreational softball and bowling leagues.
