VINCENT J. BHATTI Founding Partner Vincent James Bhatti MA, JD is an experienced Labor/Employment attorney and employee relations consultant. Mr. Bhatti has been involved in the successful handling of over 300 labor/employment disputes for both employers and employees. In addition, he has provided EEO training, investigation, consulting, drafting policies/procedures, and compliance audits for several small and medium sized employers. Mr. Bhatti has completed numerous internal EEO investigations with a high resolution/de-escalation rate. He has represented both employers and employees before the EEOC and TWC for various employment matters. Mr. Bhatti has a passion for promoting policies and taking legal cases where he can champion a level playing field for all people through diversity and inclusion. He believes all employers and employees benefit from making diversity a priority as well as complying with other employment laws by treating legal requirements as a floor and not a ceiling. In addition to his labor/employment focus, Mr. Bhatti represents clients in select litigation including but not limited to contract disputes, business litigation, consumer issues, insurance matters, and personal injury.
