Eli M. Segal

Eli Segal is a seasoned litigator who thrives when tackling complex legal issues, thinking creatively, and crafting and implementing litigation strategies to best serve his clients goals. In more than 15 years of practice, Eli has applied these skills to a broad range of sophisticated disputes, including breach of contract, fiduciary duty, business divorce, intellectual property, trade secret, RICO, Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, False Claims Act, and higher education matters. He also has developed extensive experience in First Amendment law, regularly handling defamation, invasion of privacy, and other speech-related cases.
