Ken Albert Ken Albert has been practicing law for 35 years, beginning as an Army JAG Corps prosecutor and appellate attorney for 5 years, and continuing thereafter as a civilian practitioner focused on motion and appellate practice. Mr. Albert spent 7 years as a staff attorney and Chief Judges law clerk at a federal appeals court in Washington DC, and taught legal research, writing and appellate advocacy for 8 years at the George Washington University Law School and the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law. Before joining Cohn & Associates in February 2024, Mr. Albert worked as a solo practitioner for more than a decade researching and drafting appellate briefs, summary judgment briefs, and pretrial and post-trial motions and briefs for other attorneys in the Philadelphia area. Mr. Albert has a B. A. from LaSalle University, a J. D. from the Dickinson School of Law, and an M. A. from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
