Patrick Sicotte Mr. Sicotte joined the firm in September, 2011. He was born in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, and raised in McKinney, Texas. Mr. Sicotte represents clients in both litigation and corporate/non-profit transactional matters. Corporate Governance and Commercial/Real Estate Transactions Mr. Sicotte represents individuals, for-profit business entities, and non-profits in a variety of transactional areas including general corporate governance, business/non-profit formation and exemptions, and business acquisitions. Mr. Sicotte has represented clients on the following matters: Represented purchasers and sellers in commercial and residential real estate sale transactions Represented lessors and lessees in commercial lease transactions, lease drafting, lease review, and due diligence Represented clients in formation of Texas for-profit and non-profit entities and drafting of corporate governing documents such as company agreements, partnership agreements, and buy-sell agreements.
