Aaron Godsey

Aaron Godsey is the Managing Partner and has spent his entire career recovering millions for injured Texans through his experience handling motor vehicle, commercial vehicle, 18-wheeler, DWI/DUI, and wrongful death cases. During his legal career Aaron has helped his clients recover over $500,000,000 from insurance companies. Aaron possesses a deep empathy for the emotional turmoil and adversity individuals endure when faced with a life-altering injury. His extensive legal experience spans across the vast landscape of Texas, where he has honed his skills in addressing a wide spectrum of injuries, ranging from the most delicate soft tissue afflictions to the most severe and life-changing catastrophes. Aaron goes the extra mile, diligently and compassionately attending to every facet of his clients well-being. Aaron is the son of a retired US Air Force Chief Master Sergeant and a career Credit Union Financial Expert. Growing up, Aaron lived in multiple locations spanning the nation including, Del Rio, Guam, and Wichita Falls, Texas. Aarons diverse background helped to foster cultural sensitivity and effective cross-cultural communication skills, leading to his ability to relate to, and represent, clients from all walks of life. Aarons adaptability, resourcefulness, and conflict resolution skills has enabled him to find creative solutions tailored to the specific circumstances of each of his clients cases. He finds joy in quality time with his wife, attorney Kimberly Godsey, and their three children, engaging in such activities such as attending church services and embarking on family travels. Additionally, he actively supports his oldest sons basketball pursuits, his youngest sons football team and encourages his daughters love for dance, theater, and music.
