He specializes in property and construction negligence defense, subrogation and recovery of losses. He has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for the past ten years. Bob has extensive trial experience and has secured million dollar awards and settlements on behalf of individual clients in contract and commercial litigation, and has argued cases to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. When he is not working, Bob is an active volunteer for the Malvern Retreat House, a parent volunteer with the Malvern Scout Troop and a member of St. Patricks Parish.
