Neal R. Troum

Neal Troum serves as Assistant Solicitor for Election Protection, overseeing the Delco Dems efforts to help ensure that elections in Delaware County remain free, fair, and transparent. A commercial litigation attorney by day, Neal is a 2001 graduate of Stanford Law School, where he served on law review and graduated in the top third of his class. After law school, he spent two years clerking for the Honorable Barry Silverman on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Neal taught as an adjunct professor at Temple Law for over ten years, and he is currently a member of the Philly firm Spector Gadon Rosen Vinci P. C. He has lived in Delaware County, Pennsylvania since 2004 and been involved with Election Protection for almost two decades. Neal is active in his local municipal democratic committee, the Garnet Valley Democrats, and lives in Concord Township.
