A graduate of Providence College, Thomas received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1993. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Villanova University School of Law in 1996. He is admitted to practice law in both of these states as well as before the U. S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.
