Adam M. Sorce

Adam Sorce is an attorney at Simon & Simon, P.C., where he concentrates his practice on personal injury litigation, focusing on motor vehicle accident and premises liability cases. Prior to joining Simon & Simon, P.C. in 2024, Adam was a Shareholder at one of the largest insurance defense firms in the country, where he worked for 20 years. There, he focused his practice on defending large corporations against catastrophic injury claims. Recognizing that he had no passion for defending corporations and insurance companies, he decided to switch to the Plaintiff’s side, where he uses his extensive knowledge and experience from the defense side to help injured people. Adam was honored as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star for five straight years, from 2012- 2016. He has several published cases in Ohio and Pennsylvania at the state and federal levels. He has published articles and taught a Continuing Legal Education class to other attorneys. He also serves as an arbitrator in Montgomery County, where he has assisted in the resolution of many cases.
