Erik John Bolinder

Erik Bolinder is a trusted advisor and advocate for emerging companies, developers, and entrepreneurs in Idaho. Having been involved in his own startup companies, he understands the challenges and opportunities facing businesses in their early stages and is passionate about helping them achieve growth and success. His practice encompasses a wide range of areas, including entrepreneurship, business development, mergers and acquisitions, private securities, agribusiness, commercial real estate transactions, and land-use planning. Erik brings a unique blend of legal expertise and practical business acumen to his work. His experience includes serving as chief legal counsel for a private Idaho-based commercial investment company, where he managed complex legal matters involving over two billion dollars worth of commercial property. He also has a strong background in complex litigation, having previously served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Missouri and as a commercial litigator for a St. Louis area law firm.
