About
A Boise native, Dan Williams obtained his B. A. from Yale University in 1984 with a degree in English Language and Literature. He received his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School in 1988. After returning to Idaho, Dan quickly became a well recognized and experienced litigator representing both business and individual clients in a broad array of legal disputes. He has substantial experience in business, banking, employment, class action, insurance and personal injury suits. He has been appointed class counsel multiple times in federal court in employment class action cases. Dan served previously as Legal Counsel to former Idaho Governor Cecil D. Andrus. He serves currently as a AAA certified Arbitrator and Mediator and has participated in hundreds of successful cases involving alternative dispute resolution. Dan is active in the Boise community and also volunteers as a Little League Umpire.
