Marycathleen Gabriel Fenske

Mary Cathleen G. Fenske Mary Cathleen G. Fenske graduated from the University of Minnesota with a B. I. S. in Journalism, Art, and Dance. Mary obtained her juris doctorate from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and was admitted to the Minnesota State Bar in 2010. Mary joined Halvorson Legal in 2016 where she handles family law cases including divorce, custody and parenting time, and child support. Mary is a Rule 114 Qualified Mediator and a Parenting Consultant. Mary is also trained to conduct Custody/Parenting Time Evaluations. In addition, Mary provides estate planning in the form of drafting Wills, Trusts, Health Care Directives, and Power of Attorneys. Mary is a member of the Tenth District Bar Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association, and Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity International. In her free time, Mary enjoys camping, hiking, and spending time with her family.
