Michael A. Green

Mike has extensive court experience. He has tried cases in state and federal court to verdict and has tried cases in commercial arbitration through the award (and beyond). Mike has appeared in every county courthouse in New Jersey and at least 55 of Pennsylvanias 67 county courthouses (its easy to lose track). Mike is a recognized leader for outside counsel in the field of structured settlement and lottery payment transfers, speaking at conferences and authoring several articles, including Be Prepared - An Outside Counsels Perspective on the Court Approval Process , Its the Interest Rate, Stupid - An Outside Counsels Perspective on Cutting Through the Morass of Financial Information on the Disclosure Statement at a Structured Settlement Transfer Hearing and Transfers in the Time of Corona. In addition to his other practice areas, Mike also frequently consults with summer camps regarding legal and business-related issues. Mike has been repeatedly recognized in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers publications and he and partner Joe Silverstein were featured in Leap of Faith, an article about young lawyers who started their own law firms. Mike graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1991 and the Villanova University School of Law in 1994. He is a member of all Pennsylvania and New Jersey state and federal bars as well as the U. S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Mike lives happily in the Philadelphia suburbs with his wife and three children. He has coached a variety of his kids teams, he is past president of his kids little league, he has served as a Judge of Elections in Bucks County, he is involved with his synagogue and, no matter what he does and no matter where he lives, Mike always seems to end up as a board member in his homeowners association.
