Timothy R. Chapin

Timothy R. Chapin is a partner in the firms Philadelphia office. With almost 30 years of insurance litigation experience, he concentrates his practice in premises liability, product liability, construction, maritime, environmental, professional liability, toxic tort, contractual liability, complex litigation and motor vehicle liability matters. Mr. Chapin is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, as well as the U. S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U. S. Supreme Court. He is currently serving a three-year term on the Pennsylvania Bar Association Judicial Campaign Advisory Committee, and has been re-appointed to successive three-year terms since 1995. Mr. Chapin has been selected for inclusion in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers annually since 2010 in the area of civil litigation defense. He received his B. S. from the University of Scranton in 1985 and his J. D. from Temple University School of Law in 1989.
