He has also tried numerous cases in Alternate Dispute Resolution forums throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Before Hoffman, Sternberg, Karpf & Lynch, LLC Neil graduated college from Temple University and Attended the University of Dayton School of Law. He received his law degree in 1981. After working in Philadelphia for several years, Neil opened his own practice in 1985 (Law Offices of Neil Hoffman). In 2004, Hoffman, Michels & Sternberg, LLC was formed with Neil serving as managing partner. The firm currently employs 6 attorneys to serve the needs of its clients.
