Tanner Cody Holten

Tanner Holten is a partner at Harbott, Knutson, Larson & Holten. He joined the firm in 2017 as a law clerk before being hired as an attorney in 2018. He primarily focuses on matters related to Social Security disability and municipal law. Tanner is licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota, the U. S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, and the U. S. District Court for the District of North Dakota. Tanner is originally from Starbuck, Minnesota where he grew up and attended high school. Tanner obtained a degree in biomedical science from Minnesota State University-Mankato in 2014 and subsequently graduated Cum Laude from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2017. During law school, Tanner achieved remarkable success by having his law review article published, becoming associate editor for the North Dakota Law Review, and working on the Indigent Defense Project with a professor.
