Danielle L. Duffy

Trial Lawyer & Catastrophic Team Leader Danielle Duffy is committed to helping people in need. Prior to obtaining her degree in Law from Temple University - Beasley School of Law, Danielle also earned her Masters Degree in Social Work. She was a staff editor on the Temple Law review, the Barristers Award Winner for trial advocacy, a student counselor, and involved in the law school student government. She accomplished all of this while attending law school, working full-time, and starting her family. Danielle routinely handles complex, catastrophic accident, and injury cases. She is comfortable and confident in the courtroom. Danielle has appeared on the front page of the prestigious newspaper, The Legal Intelligencer. She has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star and a Super Lawyer for the past eight years in a row - accolades reserved for less than five percent of practicing attorneys. Danielle is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Delaware County Trial Lawyers Association. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. When not busy practicing law, Danielle most enjoys spending her time with her husband, young son and daughter. She loves to travel, cook, and garden.
