She has an expertise in advising, drafting and litigating issues involving secured interests, mortgage, liens and other forms of real property disputes. Her focus at Pentiuk, Couvreur & Kobiljak, P.C., is centered around representing and protecting the rights and interests of our condominium association clients in property disputes, foreclosures, creditor rights in bankruptcy proceedings, and litigating a variety of civil litigation matters. Ms. Krohta was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1986 and has practiced continuously since that time, with a break to sell art works of internationally recognized painters.
