Zachary Wright

Zach represents clients of all sizes and on both sides in complex litigation, regulatory, and administrative matters, primarily counseling on energy and environmental issues and projects. He has appeared before state and federal trial and appellate courts, local governments, and state regulatory bodies, including the Minnesota Office of Administrative Hearings, Public Utilities Commission, and Pollution Control Agency. Zachs practice focuses on helping his clients navigate the ever-changing landscapes of energy and environmental law, from enforcement actions, project development, and permitting to the courts and associated appeals. Zach also maintains an active pro bono practice consisting of immigration and housing work and has a proven track record of success assisting those that need it most. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Zach was a summer associate and clerked for the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
