Representative Experience Assisted in the representation of a subcontractor in a demolition project and helped prepare the case for trial before ultimately reaching a settlement. Defended an individual accused of cutting his neighbors tree in trial and received a favorable verdict in both the original trial and the second trial. Represented a construction company in trial and won a favorable judgment to recover unpaid fees in which the defendant claimed it did not have to pay for the emergency cleaning work because the construction repair contract superseded any prior agreement. Further assisted the construction company to secure its judgment against the defendant when the defendant appealed the verdict. Assisted a painting and cleaning company in reaching a settlement to secure payment from a general contractor where the general contractor significantly reduced the price of the work performed despite the prior dealings of the parties.
