Originally from the northern suburbs of Chicago, Tim moved to Minnesota to attend Bethel University as an undergraduate. He then earned his J. D. at the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he graduated Manga Cum Laude. At St. Thomas, Tim served as the Publications Editor for the Journal of Law and Public Policy and clerked at the Ramsey County Attorneys Office. Prior to joining Ratwik, Roszak & Maloney, Tim served as a judicial law clerk to Judge Kevin Ross at the Minnesota Court of Appeals and worked as an associate attorney at a law firm in Minneapolis. He is admitted to practice law in Minnesota State Court and U. S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially his wife Courtney and son Callum. He also loves fly fishing on the streams of Minnesota and Wisconsin, cheering for Chicago sports teams, and cooking.
