Robert J. Fehse

Robert is admitted to practice before the U. S. District Courts for the Western and Middle Districts of Tennessee, the U. S. District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern District of Alabama, the U. S. District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of Arkansas, the U. S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, and the bankruptcy courts in each of these districts. Robert is also admitted in Tennessee, Georgia, Arkansas and Alabama state courts. He was recently selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America 2025 in the field of Real Estate Law for the second year. Mr. Fehse serves on the firms Board of Directors.
