Nikolas David Schaal

Nikolas Schaal joined Bernick Lifson in 2024 with extensive experience in creditors rights and remedies. With his prior civil litigation experience, Nikolas expanded his practice to include the areas of real estate and commercial debt collection. Nikolas helps clients navigate every step of the litigation process from preliminary negotiations to obtaining a judgment and enforcement of the judgment through collections. As a board member of the Minnesota State Bar Associations Consumer and Creditor Law Section, Nikolas addresses the everchanging landscape of creditor remedies in Minnesota. Nikolas routinely works with other leaders in the collection industry to help mentor and educate new attorneys in consumer and creditor laws. Outside of work, Nikolas enjoys spending time with family, friends and exploring the great state of Minnesota.
