Steven P. Tramontin

An Ann Arbor native, Mr. Tramontins primary practice areas are criminal defense, family law and probate. Prior to joining Pear Sperling, Steve owned and operated his own law firm and was on contract with Washtenaw County as a criminal defense attorney for both juveniles and adults. He has effectively defended hundreds of felony criminal matters, including numerous capital and other serious criminal offenses, tried to jury verdict, earning a reputation as a skilled, aggressive and effective trial attorney. Steve is passionate about his work, personally invested in each clients cause and dedicated to the right to trial by jury. He is routinely called upon by Washtenaw County family law and probate court judges to represent the best interests of minor children embroiled in complex domestic situations and vulnerable citizens in probate matters, including guardianships, conservatorships and mental health matters.
