She earned her law degree from the University of Idaho College of Law where she implemented a year-long program addressing economic inequality and workers rights. Her efforts were recognized with the Peggy Browning Fund Scholarship to attend the national Workers Rights Conference in Washington, D. C. Her efforts have also been recognized by the National Association of Women Lawyers with the Outstanding Achievement Award for her contributions to advancing women in the legal profession and in society as a whole. As a result of her advocacy, she has helped recover millions of dollars for workers. Moreover, she has helped workers regain a sense of dignity after suffering unlawful employment practices. In addition to practicing law representing vulnerable workers, Ms. Le Roux also volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA).
