Biography Owen Babcock joined the firm of Padfield & Stout, LLP in 2018 and focuses his practice on complex business litigation, administrative litigation, and appellate law. His diverse legal background has prepared Mr. Babcock to efficiently and effectively assist his clients, ranging from family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies, in achieving their goals. Experience & Highlights Successfully obtained a nationwide injunction against the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau on behalf of an association of financial institutions. Prevailed on the appeal of a judgment rendered in favor of a financial institution against debtors disclaiming liability. Obtained a nondischargeable judgment pursuant to 11 U. S. C. 523 in various commercial fraud actions. Demonstrated success in collection of judgments rendered nationwide, including through pre-judgment and post-judgment remedies.
