Peter Dewhirst

Dewhirst has been practicing law since 1994 and is primarily involved in the areas of business and civil litigation, with an emphasis in real estate, bank and contract matters, in both Ohio and Michigan. Peter represents numerous small to medium-sized businesses and closely held companies located in Ohio and Michigan. Peter has represented local banks in foreclosure matters, Reichle Klein Group, and other real estate brokerages in various litigation matters as well as Panera, LLC in real estate litigation matters. He is a past member of the board of directors of the Bank of Maumee and Resolute Bank from 2006-2019. Peter is a past chairman of the Toledo Bar Association Real Estate Committee. He has presented at numerous legal seminars over the years regarding real estate and legal ethics matters. Peter grew up in Ann Arbor and attended the University of Michigan for his bachelors degree and thereafter, the University of Toledo College of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review.
