Preston M. Sullivan

Whether he is advising businesses through routine management disputes, representing companies in major litigation, or assisting clients in a variety of commercial transactions, Preston leverages a unique combination of intellect, compassion, creativity, and pragmatism to generate positive impacts for his clients. Preston has extensive experience handling business-related matters through the entire litigation lifecycle and on appeal. His practice is largely focused on resolving contract disputes, and his background includes construction defect claims, employment disputes, tortious interference claims, unlawful detainer actions, breach of contract disputes, commercial foreclosures and receiverships. Preston also represents clients in commercial real estate transactions, estate planning, and related probate and trust administration matters. His legal expertise is rooted in his passion for solving problems and helping companies pursue their endeavors. Preston maintains a diverse clientele spanning a broad range of industries, such as manufacturing, construction, commercial real estate, medical technology, and more. To best serve his clients in any industry, he is diligent about forming his own industry knowledge and marketplace awareness by using his intellect, curiosity, and research skills. Since 2023, Preston has been recognized on the list of Oklahoma Rising Stars published by Super Lawyers®. Prior to joining Conner & Winters in 2022, he worked at a boutique law firm in Oklahoma City where he assisted individuals and businesses in a wide range of business, litigation, and estate planning matters. Preston earned his J. D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law where he held several distinguished internships. He served as a judicial intern to The Honorable Timothy DeGiusti of the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma and a legal intern at the United States Attorneys Office for the Western District of Oklahoma. For his undergraduate studies, he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee. Outside of practicing law, Preston is a proud dad and husband and enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and is an avid Thunder fan.
