Preston also represents clients in commercial real estate transactions, estate planning, and related probate and trust administration matters. His legal expertise is rooted in his passion for solving problems and helping companies pursue their endeavors. Preston maintains a diverse clientele spanning a broad range of industries, such as manufacturing, construction, commercial real estate, medical technology, and more. Preston earned his J. D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law where he held several distinguished internships. He served as a judicial intern to The Honorable Timothy DeGiusti of the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma and a legal intern at the United States Attorneys Office for the Western District of Oklahoma. For his undergraduate studies, he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee. Outside of practicing law, Preston is a proud dad and husband and enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and is an avid Thunder fan.
