Alexa V. Saab

Alexa Saab earned her Juris Doctor degree at Stetson College of Law. While attending Stetson, Alexa was an active member of the Canakaris Family Law Inn of Court and held an executive position in the College of Laws Family Law Society. She excelled academically, receiving the highest grade in her Family Law Class and Stetsons prestigious Trial Advocacy class. Alexa used her extra time during law school to gain experience in Marital and Family law by volunteering with Bay Area Legal Services, the Florida Chapter Association of Family and Conciliation Courts and clerking for a family law firm. Before joining Emerson Law P. A., Alexa focused her practice as a litigator, representing numerous clients in contentious marital and family law trials throughout the Bay Area. Alexa practices exclusively in marital and family law, including divorce, alimony, child custody/timesharing, child support, modifications of timesharing, modifications of child and spousal support, relocations, mediation, and settlement agreements. Alexa has extensive litigation experience relating to dissolution of marriage matters involving the distribution and valuation of closely held corporations such as Limited Partnerships, Limited Liability Corporations (LLCs), and Trusts. Alexa utilizes forensic accountants, private investigators and other highly specialized experts to confirm that her clients receive comprehensive and unyielding advocacy.
