Richard J. Passalacqua

Richard was born and raised in Healdsburg, CA. He graduated from Healdsburg High School and attended Santa Rosa Junior College where he played football and completed his general education. He continued playing football at Santa Clara University where he majored in Political Science and then continued his education at Santa Clara University School of Law (J. D., cum laude, 1986). Richard was admitted to the California State Bar in 1986 and is admitted to practice in all California State Courts, as well as the U. S. District Court for Northern California. Richard is married to Victoria Passalacqua and is the father of three beautiful children: Gianna, Dominic, and Marcella. Richards areas of practice include: Estate Planning, Trust and Estate Administration (including Litigation), Business Law, Wine Law, and Personal Injury.
