Creditors Rights Attorney Randy focuses his practice on creditors rights law. He specializes in representing commercial and residential landlords in courts throughout Michigan. He has defended numerous financial institutions in claims brought under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act and analogous state laws. Randy represents creditors in litigation in federal courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Michigan, the bankruptcy courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Michigan, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and Michigan state courts. Randy also advises clients on compliance matters.
