A broad backgroundI have litigated cases in almost every type of venue in the State of Oregon. I have tried cases before Municipal Courts, Justice Courts, many of the Circuit Courts in Southern Oregon and Federal Court. I have argued cases in bankruptcy court, Oregon Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. This broad background of practice has allowed me to help clients in those difficult cases where many types of law can interconnect.
