Froberger Matt was born in Rochester, Michigan and graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1998, and from Thomas M. Cooley law school with a Juris Doctorate Degree in 2001 (graduated cum laude). He is a member of the Macomb County Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan, the and is licensed to practice in federal court in both the eastern and western districts of Michigan. For three generations and over 60 years Cresswell & Froberger, P. C. has served Macomb, Oakland, St. Clair & Wayne County with their family of aggressive and competent attorneys. Our firm was founded in 1947 as Cresswell Law Offices by John H. Cresswell. The firms original location was in historic downtown Utica until it moved to its current location early in the 1970s where it remains today. Charles A. Froberger joined the firm in 1988 and the firm reincorporated under the name Cresswell & Froberger, PC. Matthew Froberger joined the firm in 2001. The family has diverse ties to the legal community with other family members practicing independently as attorneys in Michigan, Illinois, and Colorado.
